Bizarro is an Achievement. To earn it, the player must fill all columns within the first 15 seconds of a song without making a match. Due to the restriction of grey blocks, it is not possible to attain this with a Mono character.
One good strategy to use is to find a fast song (mostly a negative incline on the minimap), use an elite character (there are more colors not placed to easily form matches) and hit all the blocks until you fill all columns. Be careful not to over fill. If you get a match, restart; to prevent this only hit blocks that will not form matches, for example, on a 21 space grid:
